Nice products, good customer service
I had a couple of issues with lost and delayed shipments when I first decided to try PetLab Co for my little dogs. So my first impression wasn't great. But they resolved my issues and were very polite and helpful despite me acting annoyed towards them. I've had several products on subscription ever since then. The products have ingredients that I feel good about giving to my dogs. The dental sticks have really helped one of my dogs who seems to get a lot more plaque build up than normal, and the itchy chews really help my other little guy who has terrible issues with allergies and itching. Plus, my dogs enjoy the products. They are nice treats that are guilt free with the added benefits to help treat conditions my pups deal with! I think the initial issues with my first couple of orders were just an unlucky fluke, so I don't feel that warrants taking any stars off!
