Sir. 04/06/2020 The rating I would give your Company on service is a "0". You took my money right away, but, I still don't have the product -ordered on 3/20/202, plus today is 04/06/2020. I ordered the pet chews for itching back on March 23 and have yet to receive them so I am not able to let you know how they work. I was made aware, ONCE I emailed about my order, that Petlab was out and was waiting for restock. Still have heard nothing about whether my order has even shipped!

I placed my order on March 17th and by March 26th had not received my email that my order had been shipped. I called and spoke with Chris and he apologized and stated he would upgrade my shipping to next day shipping and sent me an email with a $25 off code for next time I ordered. One Thursday April 1st I still had not received an email confirmation my order had been shipped spoke with Joe, who told me that the anti itch chews had been on back order had just arrived and I would be receiving my email confirmation that day or at the latest Friday April 2nd, still did not receive the email. Today Monday April 6th I called customer service and the lady I spoke with told me that they were supposed to receive an order on April 5th and that my order should go out in the next 3-5 business days. I explain to her that I’ve called twice and who I spoke with and the information that they had given me and asked if they had received the new shipment? She then tells me she’s not sure but that she thinks so and that my order should be shipped in 3-5 business days. So I tell her that Chris had told me he would upgrade my order to next day shipping, the lady then tells me that I’m confused and that I misunderstood because my order would be 3-5 business days. Then tells me that there’s no notes to confirm that I called in on March 26th and spoke with anyone. I told her I didn’t like that she basically called me a liar and asked to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor gets on the line and tells me that she would put my order “ top priority “ so when the shipment came in my would go out soon and to give them until Friday April 10th, because orders that were placed at the beginning of March have just started to go out. I understand that things happen, but communication is key in any company and when your called a liar and told to continue to wait it’s extremely frustrating. I received this email on rating customer service before I received my order, I initially didn’t want to submit my survey because I wanted to rate your product but after speaking with the two ladies ( one a supervisor) today I have to say your customer service is definitely not a five star.
