Still waiting on a product my wife had ordered almost 3 weeks ago for our dog( the itch relief chew) . We haven’t even received a tracking number or anything. Only thing pet lab keep telling us every time we call is that they are sorry for the delay . They keep saying that they are going to ship it out with the next orders and we still haven’t received any thing. We will not be recommending or buying from this site anymore.

I started being inundated with Petlab Co ads on my social media account. I was intrigued specifically by the joint chews as it pictured dogs like my own struggling with the same problems. I read some customer reviews and decided to make a purchase. That was three weeks ago and still have not received an order. The official response is that the company is experiencing supply chain issues and subsequently long lead times. During this whole time, Petlab Co has continued to advertise products promising rapid shipping. This makes me question two things. The first being where exactly Petlab is sourcing their materials from that it's causing such drastic lead times. The second is Petlab management's insistence on advertising products and making promises the company clearly cannot keep. You do not hear so much as a peep from the company regarding the status of your order.

This was my first time ordering from this site. I had placed an order for the itch relief product the middle of March and to this day ( we’re in April) I still haven’t received my product. I’ve talked to several representatives saying that it would arrive on different dates and I’m still waiting. This is just horrible service. I really wanted my baby 🐶to try this product . I gave 1 star because the last rep I talked to really tried to resolve the situation.

For a product delivery perspective I would give you zero stars if I could. I ordered the product 15 days ago and it still has not shipped. Since I have not yet received the product, I cannot review whether or the not the product works.
