My order was placed about 3-4 weeks ago and pet lab didn’t even notify me to tell me what the status is of my order. I had to reach out to you twice and after the second time I received an answer that the order would be fulfilled yet still no status of my order.

I purchased the Itch relief on 3/26 and after a week of no shipping info, I emailed the company to see what was going on. I received no reply and here we are 2 weeks later and nothing has changed. I have canceled my subscription and still don't have an update on the original order which I am apparently unable to cancel online even though it has not shipped. I understand many companies are shut down but there was no mention of delays or shutdowns on your site or I would not have purchased. Terrible experience.

I used this on my 12 pound Pomeranian and his personality immediately changed, like he had had a stroke or something! He was spaced out for days and unsteady on his feet. It smells just like bleach. I will not use the rest of the bottle! Thankfully his symptoms settled down after a couple days, and his sharpness has returned. But I sure will not risk that again. My dog is 15 years old.
