I have been billed in Feb and March and have not received either order. I was told that the Feb order was delivered and that the March order had a technical glitch. I have received neither the product nor a refund. I will be taking it up with pay pal. Follow Up: I found the Feb delivery behind some shrubs where the delivery company must have thought they would be safe. I also received the March delivery with 2 extra bottles for the ones I thought I did not receive in Feb. I offered to pay for them, but the company graciously told me not to be concerned.

I understand the situation is dire in America right now. But I still have not received my March shipment after numerous emails and calls. I would like my subscription cancelled and my money refunded immediately!!!

Order placed in mid-March. No communication until I started asking over and over again where my order was. Yesterday, email stating they are running behind. Do not want the auto-ship now as I still don't have my original order. Poor customer service.

I didn't receive order.

After having my order sent to the wrong address, I was assured it would go to the right address. It’s been weeks and haven’t seen anything. While I liked the product for my Lab I’m looking for another supplier who will make sue I get the product and will be looking for a refund from PetLab.

I have ordered many times from Petlab, when I placed this order I didn't hear anything by email that my order was being prepared, was on the way, nothing. I finally called and spoke to someone and ask when I would receive info about my order. The person was very rude, telling me he could not give me any info about my order. I said if this is the way it's going to be, maybe I should cancel my order. He said okay and within an hour or less I checked my emails and there was a cancellation already put through. Certainly not the kind of service I expected nor was the service I have received in the past.
