I have not revived my order nor has it shipped. Only reason I heard anything is because I reached out to them via Facebook. They charged me right away but didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be getting my product until 2-3 weeks and I’m on a monthly subscription plan. I would have paid twice and just barely be getting my first shipment. Communication is key. At this time I am still waiting for my product to ship.

I ordered the Pet Lab chews for my arthritic labrador and Rotti . A month after order and I’m still waiting my delivery . Despite numerous,ails chasing my order i’m extremely disappointed in the lack of service .......never mind my poor dogs . I’ve had excuses of over demand for products yet the internet is still swamped with their adverts ! I’ve now been informed my subscription is due for renewal when I’ve not even received my first delivery yet ! Give a tracking number after 1 month of waiting and my order hasn’t yet left the USA . PATHETIC ! *update*** I ordered this product on the 18th March, before the lockdown in the UK or USA!!! And now have been charged again for a second time, I still haven’t received the first order! Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered this out of desperation for my 12 year old dog whose was struggling with arthritis. After waiting 3 weeks I’ve yet to receive my order or even a confirmation that it was on its way. I decided to put my dog down because he was struggling to much to walk. I didn’t expect these chews to save his life but I sure was hoping it would give me a little longer with our dog. I’m not blaming the company for my dogs death I just wanted to leave a review for anyone who may be looking at this as a last resort or a last answer for their dog. I wanted to warn buyers it may take weeks to receive your order. I don’t want anyone else checking their email daily waiting, wondering, and hoping your chews were going to ship that day only to be let down. I made my decision so my dog didn’t suffer any longer, weather these chews would of helped him will be a question I’ll never find out. So before buying consider the wait time in shipping and I pray this doesn’t happen to another hopeful shopper!

I ordered the itch relief chews and when I tried to get more you had no issue charging me, I kept getting emails saying my order was on the way yet when I called 3 different times it had never been sent . I kept hearing sorry about that I don’t know what happened. I finally cancelled my order and will not continue being a customer.
