Ordered 107.00 worth of itch product back in March 2020 and still haven't received my order. Spoke to a guy by the name of Ben on Thursday, gave me a bunch of bull as to when it might be delivered. Stating that they were having shipping issues. Well that's not what they are claiming on Facebook. Order within 24 hours for shipment. Bull . Liar's just to get your money and then Wait.

I originally ordered on 3/18 of 2x Joint Care Chew at $65.82 , But never received it. I contacted customer service on 4/4 and they did a get job and ordered me a new set, order # 553953. However, I unfortunately haven’t received that order either. When I contacted customer service again they didnt want to refund me my money but give me an additional 30% off. What? I never received any of my order why could I want to purchase more?
