Worst customer service I've ever worked with. Spent weeks fighting for a refund for a subscription that I didn't authorize and just received an email about my subscription being delayed despite fighting to cancel it for so long. Please remove me from your database entirely, I'd rather you not even know I exist!

Ordered product 4-9 and have yet to receive it or get any info on where or when I should expect delivery Also sent email and have not heard a thing. A little info would be nice especially since you see all the advertising to buy a product you can not get. What is going on. This is my first time buying from them and first impression is everything. Very disappointed. Oh and I have never been charged for something before it ships. My credit card was charged the same day I ordered. If I do not hear anything by end of the month I will be contacting my credit card company and cancelling payment. Very poor business practice. If there was a problem customers should have been notified.

I ordered Itch Relief Chews on April 9, I received an email confirming the order and that was the last I heard. I sent an email on April 21 asking about my order and I received an email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours so far nothing. I know it's extreme times but communication is always helpful!

I feel customer service starts before the phone call. I get tons of emails wanting me to order more. I received confirmation of my order and a second email telling me to expect my order in 5-7 days from Apr. 8. I never received and email telling me my order never shipped and the product was on back order till at least April 27. That is horrible customer service by the company. Think about your customer.
