Thought we would try it for our largest dog and ordered online 2 month supply. AFTER they charged our credit card we get email saying it won't be delivered for 2 weeks. 2 1/2 weeks later we get email saying it has been shipped UPS with tracking number. We check and UPS does not have that number in their system. This morning I call to complain and phone number is "not in service." I find another number and guy tells me he is in Las Vegas and they changed from UPS to DHL and should arrive within 5 days "at the latest." Is this a scam? Almost FOUR weeks to get the pills??????

This company is a joke. Ordered product almost a month ago and still yet to receive it. Product apparently "shipped" 5 days ago from Denver CO, yet tracking shows it still sitting there. At least the company could do is ship the product express since Ive been waiting almost a month. Also, they are taking pre orders........what a joke......you cant keep up with regular orders nor ship it decently. Dont sell something you dont have........

I ordered 3 of the anti-itch chews back on April 23rd. I have not been emailed or texted that they have been shipped and they already charged me! Look I understand we are in trying times but no communication about when my order is being shipped or what the hold up is. I too have also ordered from big and small companies and I've gotten my items in a timely manner so this totally unacceptable!!

My black lab has had issues with Allergies. I researched this product, read the reviews, emailed questions about guarantee. After finishing the product there was no difference at all. Asked about the guarantee and was told I need container it came in. Didn't have it and would only offer a % off discount on next purchase. Why would buy it again?

I ordered my 1st bottle back in march 13th, and then it got hooked up with another bottle with it for 2 month supply, because I was going to give a try, so 4 bottles for 2 months .then it was put auto delivery on 4/13 for which I didn't order. I don't know what you do with my money but I'm tried of waiting for it

Ordered from Petlab on March 26 and now 6weeks later they still havent sent it to me. Repeated emails and calls to their Customer Service no result. SIX WEEKS after purchase ( they took my credit card money same day ) they tell me they'll call back - they NEVER do. I am now told it will take 7-14business days to get a refund. I have spent alot of time trying to resolve this - NOTHING. Their website says product made in USA. WHERE IS IT??? Repeated calls to supervisors - who all give same story - will ship next week. They promise to call back or email shipping confirmation- never get either. This is so frustrating. Over 6weeks?!?! I have received numerous replies this is due to Covid AND the item would be shipped next week. I suppose this is your canned response. I expect that is the reply here too = tomorrow is 6weeks. I have no faith in your replies or customer service. CANCEL ORDER REQUEST SUBMITTED and told that will take up to 14 days too. The sooner this is done the better - who has time or patience for this kind of service. Not me.

I ordered a product over a month ago and still haven’t received any notification about its status. After multiple emails and a phone call today, 4/30/2020, they said my product was shipped on 4/27/2020. I received ZERO notification and when I put in the tracking number given over the phone it says it is in transit to the Post office. It does not take 3 days to send something to a post office. I asked for a refund and was denied due to it being shipped. Very disappointed in company and customer service.

This was my first experience with Pet lab. I would NEVER EVER place an order again. It was placed on March 29th, I called on April 15th they said it would be going out. NOTHING. On the 24th of April I called again. She told me the order had been sitting there and it would ship out within 24hours and they would send it expedited and I would receive it on April 29th. Still nothing. I called again and I was told it was never sent out but they would expedite it and I would receive it on May 1st. I explained if I don't receive it by Friday I am cancelling the order. Customer service doesn't know anything. I have also cancelled my repeat orders. Extremely poor service all the way around
