AARON
It said it would be delivered in 3-5 days but delivered in 2 days. It said it was delivered but nothing in my mailbox or front door where they are usually delivered. Update: The company did reach out to me to apologize and send out a replacement supply. Very happy with this resolution, thank you!
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 4, 2025
Hi Aaron, We’re sorry to hear about the confusion with your delivery. It shows that the address on your order was entered incorrectly, which likely caused the delivery issue. However, we can confirm that one of our customer experience team members has already processed a replacement order for you, and it should arrive within the next few days. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’ll make sure your replacement reaches you as smoothly as possible. Kind regards, PetLabCo.
