I placed an order directly on their website and when the order was completed, I did not receive an order confirmation or order number. It has been over 3 weeks and the order never showed up and they never responded back. I tried calling, emailing and even contacting them via social media and still no response. They just stole my money. Bad business.

I was really disappointed in the product I received this time around. What I usually received in the Joint Care was bone shaped and it was a soft treat like vitamin. The 4 bottles I just received are disc shaped and very hard and almost look discolored or old. Our dogs won't eat them anymore.

TERRIBLE! I ordered from petlab almost two weeks ago and still haven’t received my product. I wish I had checked reviews here first because all say the same thing. I sent 3 emails and tried to call with the number they provided but no response. It’s truly sick that a company would scam money from people trying to help their elderly dogs have a better quality of life! It’s also funny how they are predominately only replying to the positive feedback and not the negative ones! Sorry but the current health crisis is not an excuse for such a major delay. I’ll certainly be reporting this company!

I'm sorry to have to do this but unfortunately a pandemic is not a valid excuse for the lack of service and communication and general poor business practices I've experienced here. I ordered a couple weeks ago as many others and have not received my products. I was not expecting them for a month however so that's not my issue. My experience with the shopping cart that upsells you after the sale and misleads you into buying more product. So my initial $49 purchase turned into $85 and 2 extra products that I didn't really want. I emailed for a refund and explained that third cart was rather shady about upselling, they agree to refund... April 29th... still waiting... Log into PayPal which I used to process my purchase to check refund status and the upsell is listed as a subscription in my account WTH!!?? I emailed 48 hours ago, haven't gotten response. Cut to today where I went to Amazon and found the product I ordered available for $8 less than on the their own(thepetlab.com) website ("discounted" on their site) and available for next day delivery. That really burned my a$$, pardon the expression.

Been waiting for weeks to receive my order. Emailed customer service 4 times over a several day period to finally receive a response. So far, horrible experience and have no idea if the product works or not. It would have to work miracles for us to ever order from them again. Luckily my wife ordered glucosamine chews from Amazon while we waited, as we have an old dog with hips going out.....

I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't received ANY shipping information about my Joint Care chews. Not only has The Petlab Co. not provided any shipping information but they had the NERVE to email me saying they hoped my dog was enjoying their product. They were sure pretty quick about taking my money though. I'm sure a lot of people will agree; They have lost a perspective customer for LIFE.

I am highly disappointed with the services I received. I placed an order on 3/24/2020, 2 months later & I still don't have the product! I Received order & shipping confirmation on the initial order. On 4/14/2020, I called customer service because I had not received the order. The rep said the order was delayed because of Covid19 but that it had been shipped on 4/1/2020. I asked for a tracking # she said she would ring me back with it. Also, they offered a 40% refund for inconveniences. I didn't receive a return call with the tracking # nor a refund notification. On 4/28/2020, I emailed customer service (the call had a long hold time. It was faster to email). I outlined the problem with my order. 2 days later I received a response email congratulating me on my order being shipped. The expected delivery date 5/4/2020 (over a month and a half after the initial order & without a 40% refund). On 5/4/2020 the order was not delivered. I phoned customer service. They said there's nothing they can do, as the order is with the carrier. Also, the rep advised that none of my previous calls or emails had been documented to my account. As of today, the order has not been received. I have filed a Federal Trade Commission complaint about payment of merchandise without delivery. I have flagged Pet Lab as a fraudulent vendor with PayPal (the payment method I used), rated them on BBB, and launched an investigation with the Attorney General. I list the links below should anyone want to do the same. FTC.gov, BBB.org. The Attorney General is unique per state. Search for Attorney General and select the link to your state. Buyer beware! Maybe the initial delay was caused by the health crisis but the decision to lie and mislead about delivery timeline and inconvenience refunds was intentional. Pet Lab is a company without integrity.

I ordered PupScience Hip & Joint and 8 days later, I have my order in hand. They are rated higher than PetLab. My dog is very picky and he just ate 2 no problem. Of course PetLab complained because I gave a much better product and option. Please be vigilant, do your research and find the best product for your pets I am extremely disappointed, I was a monthly customer before the Covid19 outbreak. Not only am I still waiting for last months shipment, but I was charged again for the next months shipment. I have been trying to get a refund for a couple weeks now. BEWARE they seem to be a total SCAM now. Sent my order, name and al info requested. Again 2 weeks ago I cancelled and have an email from you. Still waiting for the credit to show up and in the meantime a new order was processed. That's why I am calling it a SCAM Second update I sent them the info. The current Covid situation is no excuse. What do you use in your formula that would take 6 weeks to get it to ship? Don't try to use this crisis as an excuse. Own up that you dropped the ball and messed up. Customer service is severely lacking. Last update (I hope) I finally got one credit for 52.66. I am still owed another credit. I am not sure if the refunded this months charge or last months from about 6 weeks ago. Still no product.
