I was convinced by the price of 4 tubs of allergy product that I went with the bundle of four when package arrived it was partially open and only contained three tubs of product. This is the fourth message I've sent hopefully you all can make this right. Call email reach out in some way. Thano you Robert Waters

Hello Robert, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. I completely understand how concerning it must be to receive a partially opened package. According to our records, your orders were delivered, and the number of tubs from your previous order appears correct. However, we want to make sure everything is right for you, and we’ll be happy to investigate this further and assist you. One of our team members will be reaching out to you shortly to help resolve this. We really appreciate your patience and for bringing this to our attention. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

I receive both the probiotic chews and the dental powder. They are both very good for my dog. The powder beats the hassle of trying to fight to clean his teeth. The probiotic helps with digestion. The expense of autoship/frequency can become a bit expensive.
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 23, 2025
Hello Veleta, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to hear that both the Probiotic Chews and Dental Powder have been helping your dog. We understand that the cost of autoship and frequency can add up. To help with this, we do offer bundle options that can be more cost-effective. These bundles allow you to save while still getting the products your dog loves. If you’d like, we can help you explore the best bundle for your needs. Please know that we also have a “Contact Us” form on our website, which is the fastest way to get in touch with our team for any concerns. Best Regards, PetLabCo.

It was left at my front door but a ring on my doorbell would have been nice to let me know I had a delivery.

Samantha M.
I was disappointed that they dhoe the blue bottles of the product and we get the white bottles. Plus amazon is delivering it. Not going thru the mail like it use to
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 19, 2025
Hello Samantha, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear about the disappointment with the packaging difference. Some batches may come in updated or alternate bottle colors depending on the production run, but the formula inside is always the same high-quality product. Regarding the delivery, carriers can vary depending on the shipping location and availability. At times, Amazon Logistics may assist with fulfillment to ensure faster delivery times, but your product is still coming directly from us. We appreciate you letting us know, and if there’s anything else you’d like us to look into, we’re here to help. Best Regards, PetLabCo.
