Petlab didn't make any difference what so ever.He liked the taste no problem in him eating it.You was my last resort in trying to get my cross staffs Jet to getting him back mobile again.After 2 months his back end gave way so after a long hard think l made the decision to put him to sleep gracefully. HE would have been 14 in November.

DONT buy anything from this place. I ordered the joint care product and had to wait almost three weeks to get it. Once I got it, the chews were soft and my lab took it with no problem. I opened the container the next day and the chews were like ROCKS and he refused to take them. I looked on the invoice, and the contact information was all wrong. I called the number on the invoice and was on hold for over an hour and half and no one answered. I sent an email and hours later got the email back stating that I was using the wrong website to inquire about the issue. So I sent yet another request to have some one call or email me back and 7 days later, I have not gotten an email response nor a phone call. Now I have $55.00 worth of rocks that my lab refuses to take and this place doesn't return any calls or emails. My next step if to file a complaint with the BBB. again, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! There is NO customer service what so ever with this company!

The product is good but after having a regular order we had cancelled the standing order several weeks ago but the product keeps on being sent. As I have said we have no issue with the product but the admin does not seem to work.

Discount codes received in multiple emails cannot be applied (MEM30), calls, emails and FB requests from customer care/support not helpful or ignored. Is this a scam?

After reading the reviews I thought I would try this for my dog who has joint and hip problems. It DIDN’t help her! The reviews are fake. She fell down a flight of stairs. I had to put her to rest a week ago. She was unable to really walk. She was my retired service dog. My son and grandson grew up with her. I’m still grieving the loss.

Terrible company. Ordered products after seeing a Facebook ad and immediately things went wrong. I bought joint chews and they offered me a couple of months extra for half price which I accepted. But they added those and calming chews to the order. After numerous emails and two phone calls demanding they cancel the order (the whole order), I had their assurance it was being cancelled. The next day I received a dispatched notice of the order minus the calming chews. I've now emailed the company a few dozen times, returned the products (have proof of delivery) and still they won't engage. Even after leaving a negative Facebook review they replied to is stating they would help, but they haven't. It was merely for the benefit of their page I'm now pursuing this through my bank to get a refund. Absolutely terrible company. Please avoid at all costs.

In March I placed an order 2 bags allergy chewables for my 2 small dogs and was billed for the product. Several weeks later the product hadn't arrived and I cancelled the order. I bought allergy pills from my vet. On 5/04 in the evening I received the product. Next mornong I contacted Petlab to ask how do I return the product. They promised a 100% refund as soon as I return it via UPS Return Label they sent it via email. The package was returned by UPS on 5/08 and on 5/14 it was signed and received at their warehouse in CO. Days went by abd no refund showed on my card. I had to call on 5/21 in the late afternoon and spokexwith a customer service rep in Denver. She promised she was starting a refund process and she was sending all the information to my email. We recapped the whole conversation. As of 5/23 evening, I haven't heard from Petlab with news on my refund. Even worse, when I disputed the charge to my credit card, I'm being told by my credit card that they ruled in favor of Petlab based on the information the received from them. Not only do I no longer have the product, since it was returned to them, but, it appears Petlab is reneging on their promise to refund the full $55.95 to my credit card. Buyer beware. My experience has soured me with Petlab. I have very little faith in this company.

Was told my order would be shipped on May 18th and still no tracking or shipping info in my email, tried calling and emailing with no response, really wanted to try these itch chews for my dog but I may never freaking get them at this point. Ordered them last freaking weekend.
