Do not buy from this company. bought joint relief for my dog on may 5th have not heard a word from them. I email them on May 25 to see if there is a problem they did not respond

My American bulldog suffers from allergies and I was hoping your itch relief would calm her itching. However it only got worse. She broke out with red bumps all over her belly and scratched so much she caused sores and bleeding. I’m very disappointed. Now I have two bottles of itch relief that I can’t use. A waste of money.

the pills had no effect on my dog . in fact she seemed to be struggling more to get up. we tried them for 3 months as we hoped she might improve. was an expensive trial with no benefit to the dog but you don't think of cost just try to ease her discomfort.

When I have spoken to you after about a dozen emails and the only way to get you contact me was to start posting comments on Facebook after my dog had died shows how appalling your office is. The lady I eventually spoke to was lovely very kind and finally stopped my order, but now I’m receiving emails from you prompting your company when you know my dog has died and you could have so easily updated your records when we were communication, it just shows how unprofessional you office operation is. The product itself is very good.

I ordered this product over a month ago and still not have received it. When I called the number from the charge that I paid, no one answered, ever. Meanwhile my dog is irritated and uncomfortable and I’m still waiting to see if it can work for him. I can’t imagine what the hold up is, but I would save my money and deal with a reputable company.
