I have submitted two email with no reply. I purchase one ordered, they automatically signed me up for auto and I’ve been billed twice and never asked for the second order and have received zero communication from this company. Very unhappy with the way it is set up. I can not stand when companies do this!! This is why I hate purchasing from online FB ads.

Will never recommend anyone to this company. We attempted to make a purchase in March of 2020. Their website placed the order for the wrong item due to an error on their site. This order was cancelled and confirmed to be cancelled through contacting them by phone. On April 16th they bill my card again for the same errored item and ship it to me before I have a chance to cancel the order. I found out that they managed to place me on a subscription plan, which I assumed would cancel when I cancelled the original order and advised them I did not need the item. Contact made made again after receiving the wrong item and I was advised I would have to pay shipping to have it sent back to them. Which due to it being a liquid cost me over $20. The item was originally $49. Over 2 months later I finally receive the refund. I have no faith in any of their products given the history I've had with this company and it's poor quality control. I'm glad I'm finally done with the issue!

The product is poor just seems like dog food. No effect for my dog who has sore joints. Asked for money back as promised no response. Petlab you have responded to this trust puppet review but not to the three customer service emails I have sent? Do you honour your money back promise or not? 2 months and still no refund from petlab. Obviously a marketing ploy to offer refund if not satisfied. Do not buy this product !!!! 4 months and still no refund - I think it is fair to say that petlab do not honour their money back guarantee and their product is rubbish. Absolutely no response from and emails I have sent them. Ignored !!!!

Totally ridiculous! I ordered at least 1 month ago and still haven't received my order yet!! I keep getting messages saying it's on the way...it takes 10+ days to go to California from Denver? Really?? AND I still haven't received a thing!!

Do not use this company. Despite cancelling my order and direct communication from them confirming this and a refund in early May, still nothing. They are not responding to my emails and I am having to raise this through PAYPAL. Really do not recommend. Petlab have now requested more information via trustpilot and it will not send - error. Says everything! UPDATE - two months and many emails, facebook messaging and reviews on here they have FINALLY refunded me today, 16 July 2020.

This product made all 3 of my dogs sick. All 3 had diarrhea and vomiting for several days after stopping this product. I returned the pills to this company and still haven’t received my refund after a May purchase. I contacted Pet Lab on the phone and they said the haven’t received the return. So I sent the receipt to them in which shows an employee signed for the return and have heard nothing from Pet Lab in 2 weeks. Didn’t take that long to take my money, why is it so long to return it! 100% guaranteed my foot.

I would love to tell you how good the product is except I haven't received it iv sent 3 emails no reply have even called 3 times to pet lab but its not England no answer I'm not happy and I'm really out of pocket this was recommended to me don't think ill use them again had a reply from pet lab to say it will be sent but the thing is in tracked the delivery and you have sent it to another address I want to talk to some body but its just hopless or I want a refund please advise me

I ordered two bottles of the itch relief chews. As of now, I still haven't received them. I have emailed them requesting ETA, but haven't received a response. I would also like to add that this company has a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau for charging customers and not sending them their product. Their customer service number is a 702 area code which is a Las Vegas area code, but they give their address on Trust Pilot as New York?
