Hello Deborah, We sincerely apologize that the chews didn't work on your pup. Typically, most of our customers have noted that it takes a minimum of 2 months before seeing results at the earliest. Because these are supplements they are not as fast-acting as a medication would be. Would you be open to trying the chews out for a bit longer?
