I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Have emailed trying to contact the company and no communication whatsoever! I mean not even a confirmation email, but the money is sure gone out of my account!!! I even reached out through PayPal and have had no response there too. Save your money and find a company that is not a total scam. Update: After hitting up review sites and social media with complaints they finally returned my contact. I would give you an order number except I still don’t have one! They did find my order though and claim it was a glitch that didn’t create a shipment. So they confirmed my address and claim they will ship. Considering I still have not actually received any email from them (Only messages through PayPal) I will believe it when I see it... Update 10/20/20 Well I never updated that I did finally receive the product. I really didn’t see any improvement after I used it all. I have seen that it can take awhile to kick in which I do understand. I can honestly say however that I will never order from them again after my experience. Then when you add my recent realization that I found a product with the EXACT same ingredients in the same order of ingredients for $7 on amazon. Yeah that’s quite a price difference because the same amount of product at Petlab Co is over $50! Glad I continued to do my research and can continue to try and help my pups without the highway robbery. Then they really put a nail in the coffin because they decided they didn’t want to deal with my one star review. They attempted to get trust pilot to remove it by claiming I never actually bought from them and it was a false review! Well oops it turns out I have all the documentation and the review stays. Think twice before you decide to deal with them and look around there are cheaper products out there from better companies.

I recently purchased 30 days worth of the itch tablets for my dog who suffers with dermatitis. Initially sceptical after trying so many products that have failed, my mind was put at ease due to the money back guarantee. However after my PayPal going through, the next page said that most will see results after 30 days with an offer on for another box! Why wasn’t this made clear before? So basically buying 30 days worth is useless unless I buy more?! At this point I completely lost my confidence yet when I tried to go back as I hadn’t confirmed the transaction it said I will he charged and when checking my paypal, I had been. After this I sent an email to the company saying I would like my money refunded and not to bother sending it out. I revived the product the next day. Since then I have been sending multiple emails asking how I go about the returns however you get an email back with another link to contact them which doesn’t work. I am at a loss and feel I have been completely scammed. I am tempted to send the product back to the returns address on the envelope however without confirmation from anyone and a returns label I don’t know if my money will end up back in my account. An offer of a money back guarantee is useless if you make it impossible for the customer to even contact you to process it. There is no number to call either. Im struggling to believe all the amazing reviews on this company and believe people must be paid to write them. So disappointing.

Sorry, but the Dental Formula made my 2 dogs sick. They are sensitive to many things, so not surprising. It looks like they are in the minority. If they didn't throw up drinking it from the water, maybe it would work well, but I haven't been able to see it. Wish I could!

It took them almost 3 weeks to get me my order and when I finally received it the anti-itch chews did nothing for my dog.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 30, 2020
Hello David, we deeply apologize for the delay. We are saddened to hear that your dog did not find relief with our chews. Our team is doing it's best trying to keep up with increased demand. We recommend using the chews for eight weeks or longer to see results. Keep in mind that these are supplements and may take longer to integrate into your dog's system than a prescription. Sincerely, Petlab Co.

Even though my dog demonstrated the same symptoms this product did not work for us. We bought a 4 month supply and we were extremely consistent with the doses. His condition didn’t improve at all.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 30, 2020
Hello LuBeth, we apologize that the product did not work for your pup. Because these are supplements rather than medication and each dog is unique, the results may vary. If you have a friend or family member who can use them please feel free to pass them on. Keep in mind that we will always honor our 90-day money-back guarantee. Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with. Sincerely, Petlab Co.
