When you keep asking for a review tells me you are insecure. I've left a review. The product is great. Nagging for more review is just plain stupid and almost harassment
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 3, 2025

My small dog, Ollie, won’t eat them. He is pretty choosy about treats- and it is a hassle to put it in his food and then make sure he eats all of it. I tried wrapping it in cheese-he doesn’t like PB either-and it is too big to wrap in cheese; it falls apart. I have broken it up a bit and put in food but then have to regulate if he ate it. Really disappointed as he needs to stop scratching and I need some other flavors, perhaps. (he won’t eat “pill pockets” either). I don’t want to return as he needs something but don’t see an alternative.

Hi Emily, We understand Ollie is a picky eater and that you're having trouble getting him to eat the chews. We understand that every dog is unique, including their palates. If you’re open to trying something else, we’d love to help you find the right fit. You can always reach us at [email protected]. 😊 All the best, PetLab Co.
Brandie
Fist I must say that their Customer Service is superb, sadly the supplements didn’t do what I expected, they didn’t seem to help her allergies at all so after about a month or longer I stopped giving them to her. I have seen a lot of positive reviews from other pet parents so don’t allow my experience to hinder you from trying their products, every fur baby is different.

Hi Brandie, Thank you for sharing your honest experience! We’re truly grateful for your kind words about our customer service, and we appreciate you giving our Allergy & Immune Chew a try for your pup. It’s disappointing when something doesn’t work as expected, and we completely understand that every pet responds differently. For some dogs, it can take 3 months to see the full benefits. Your dog has been on them for a month, so we recommend sticking to the course. We hope you see more visible results soon. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so openly. Wishing you and your pup all the best! 🐾💙 Best regards, PetLab Co.
