Ordered some anti itch pills paid for by PayPal received nothing three people from l assume Petlabs have contacted me after leaving messages on there Facebook adverts all saying they were very sorry and would investigate and get back to me, nothing. The advertised phone number to contact them does not work. These are a bunch of con merchants. I’m 75 years old and cannot have £34 sitting in there account and getting nothing in return. Filling out small claims court papers today so they can pay the cost of the court case and return my money. Do NOT buy off of these con people.

I have tried and tried to cancel this item through email phone website and social media photos and cannot get it canceled Do Not order a subscription from this company

The product doesn't seem to work. But the main problem is that they Charged me monthly, although I did not approve a monthly subscription. Also, the item did not arrive the first time, and now I understand why I got another one. It was the subscription! Although I did tell them about it, they didn't do anything but to tell me to wait, after a month! BAD COMPANY!

My dog now suffered worse from your products. I do not wish for anyone to give these to their dog. After spending 100.00 on the junk I put in my dog by you it cause a severe skin infection to where all Apollos skin was white started turning black. Cost us 450.00 just to find out what was going on. Then the allergy test was outrageous to find out Apollo is allergic to your itch chews and your hip and joint. Thanks for trying to help my pup but there are just far to many people that have problems with giving their dog any of your products. Not happy at all and will never buy from ya'll again! What a waste of extreme money in a pandemic time. Hope others have better luck. I suggest consulting your vet first.

The product is great but the billing could use work . I have so much product and I have changed my subscription twice and finally cancelled it . I have 4 tubes and was wanting to change ordering when I need it instead of automatically coming . No way to contact them directly!!!!

I placed an order on line it duplicated and went through without final review and no way to go back and cancel I immediately sent in a ticket to have it cancelled and was told the next day it was to late it had already shipped which I know is not true it also put me on an auto delivery that I did not authorize but was able to cancel through pay pal I will never order here again

Como quisiera decir que es un buen producto pero tengo más de 3 meses esperando mi orden y nada, pero en lugar de que me resuelvan el problema más bien me sacaron 2 veces el dinero de mi cuenta de banco y al principio me contestaban en español y ahora llamo y llamo y nada que contestan el teléfono entonces mande correo electrónico y nada, ya no se que hacer para que me manden el producto porque mi perrito 🐕 lo necesita, así que por favor si alguien de petlab lee esto por favor dígame como puedo hacer, porque por teléfono no contestan y por correo electrónico tampoco, por favor, por favor necesito resolver esto.
