Hi have been waiting for a over a month for my items all they have done is sent another lot of what I bought from them and they also seem not to be going anywhere i have both tracking numbers one hae been at a depot over here and the other stuck at the sime place in the USA and all the while my dog is still itching

My wife canceled our subscription last month. This month, they stole money from our bank account and are shipping unwanted product. I was going to call this morning but the website no longer lists a phone number to contact. I guess they got tired of listening to all the complaints. I would not deal with this company EVER. We will be filing a report with the BBB and Kansas Consumer Fraud office.

I had signed up for the automatic renewal plan but they kept charging every month and I didn't receive any product. Occurred twice and my email requests went unanswered or they would answer and blame the virus on the delay. They kept using the blanket excuse. All other companies I worked with either offered to personally mail out my request or a prompt refund. This company did neither.

I sent a request to cancel my subscription as o don’t live at the address that was previously provided on the original activation. I sent the email to the domain listed o. Your website and never received a cancellation or the product. I have been charged my subscription and have not been delivered any goods. I think the product works well if they would have listened to me then I would have resubmitted a new address when I had one which now I do. So where is my product? Hopefully not delivered to my old address where no one has lived for the month of July.

I placed an order early June 2020, and it was still not delivered by late July. I then contacted petlab to request a refund for my missing item. Then, miraculously, they said it was already dispatched and could not be refunded! However, according to tracking, they had dispatched it AFTER reading my message, just to avoid refunding me! This is hugely deceptive, and quite shocking in itself, but I then messaged them to say I still wanted my refund (as the month and a half delay meant I had since put my dog on medication on my vets advice and so had no need for their supplement) and would be rejecting the delivery. Days have gone by, I have sent 5 messages, posted numerous time on their Facebook wall, and have had zero response. I have since rejected the delivery, AND had confirmation that it has been returned to sender. Yet, I still am without a response, or a refund! Truly shocking, dishonest, and deceptive company.

Don't order from this company. The marketing is very scammy. First, they dupe you into joining their subscription service, then they up-sell you into buying more product then you need, and then they make it really difficult to cancel the service. I still haven't received an email confirmation that my subscription service has been cancelled and I have gone through the process of cancelling multiple times. I cancelled and then a week later I got email telling me that another bottle was on the way. I would call and complain, but conveniently there is no phone number listed on their website.

Website is not user friendly. I have had numerous jars of joint care delivered which have made my dog sick. I called and was told theres an issue with the glue, and high elevations in the plane its being delivered by... idk sounds fishy to me. You send coupon codes via email then when I used them I was over charged anyway. I’ve received multiple orders and charged multiple charges in 1 month where I should only get 1 jar. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year. But I recently canceled my subscription. I bet anything in the world I STILL get charged this month
