I ordered itch relief tablets, they came and worked. Brilliant, so I ordered 2 more tubs. They took my money and nearly 6 weeks later they still haven’t arrived!! I’ve contacted the company and had no response. Very disappointed as I thought I had found a cure for my dog. After writing this review the company got in touch with me and in under a week my 2x tubs were delivered and my dog has stopped itching again. Amazing product. Thank you.

I am trying to get in touch as i have found these chews to not help my dog - in fact the reverse. He has had fits due to wheat intake. I asked if te chews were Gluten free and it was confirmed by a customer service that they were. I have received the email saying I would get a full refund but i have only recieved half. No one is responding - Facebook, messenger, phone or email.... tiring

I have been on hold for an hour now trying to find out why you have charged me for product I have not received and has not been shipped. I have sent 8 emails with no reply accept it takes 48 hours. This is the second time I have had to deal with product not being shipped and having to spend countless hours trying to find someone to help me or respond. It is the single worst customer service.... So you respond to a bad review!! However I am still on hold!!! I have been on hold now for an hour and 45 minutes... you can respond to a bad review... but not an email or a phone call. All over your FB page it’s the same thing horrible customer service, over charging people, don’t receive product or responses... can’t get a hold of anyone. So I am now reporting to BBB as I am still on hold!!!!

This is a scam. If you place an order you will be mailed products (and charged for them) every monthly that you don't want, didn't order, and cannot stop. They don't respond to emails and you can't reach them on the phone. I disputed the charges with my bank but that was a huge headache. I hope this review saves someone else from going through the trouble I've gone through. (After posting this review, I got a message from Trustpilot saying that PetLab Co. does not recognize me as one of their customers!!! If I'm not a customer, then they REALLY should stop taking money out of my account.)

J'ai passé une deuxième commande en date du 19/06/2020 à ce jour je n'ai toujours pas été livré et malgré mais deux relances par mail personne ne daigne me répondre. Que se passe t-il? Doit on passer par ce site pour qu'enfin quelqu'un se manifeste. La commande est d'un montant de 90€ et je souhaite être livré ou remboursé??? Merci pour votre réponse rapdie!!

I purchased 3 jars of Itch Relief Chews and gave them to my dog with absolutely no visible result. A message was sent to Petlab; however, there has been no response. Although the Chews were sold with a "Money Back" guarantee, my concern is for my dog. Apparently Petlab does not have those same values. P.S. In response to your request for my telephone number, I am not comfortable posting it publicly. Is there another way?

Product didn’t have a notable effect compared to others. Further, nondelivery of second order saw me run out and customer service was average at best. I know there was a pandemic, but there was no notification that I would not receive my product until I got it touch, despite them having taken their money!
