I purchased was excited as I had never seen a product like this before. I used for over a week and it did not agree with my dogs stomach...he actually threw up after digesting. I have contacted the company on 8/11 and 8/14 for refund and to date have not heard back from them. Very disappointed!

I purchased 2 tubs of this product for itch relief. Within a 2 week period my 2 dogs developed side effects from this product. The itching/scratching continued and got worse, Their hair started to fall out with sores, the dogs got very angry, barking at me and anyone the came close, they became very short tempered and started to dig holes in the yard, got a very rotten gas oder. I talked with my vet, showed him the ingredient label and he told me to STOP using this product immediately. 2 months ago I requested a REFUND and as of today I still have not received anything but a run around. DO NOT USE this product. I implore you not to buy their products as you will be on your own. Vet put them on Claritin 10 mg once a day and no more than 1, that has been working relieving about 80%. Might give that a try. Good luck. Update as of 8/22/20; I expected nothing else in the reply from Petlabco. They responded with the same generic response as with the other dissatisfied customers. They are SCAMMERS and now I am going to contact the Montana state Attorney General and report them as a fraudulent Co. doing business in Montana over the internet and let them SHUT them DOWN. I still have not received any refund.

I purchased this product hoping that it would stop my dog itch but it didn't, it just made it worst. I am so disappointed have tried so many other solutions and thought this one would work. Can't get a 90 day guaranteed refund because I only use it for 15 days.

I ordered the itch relief chews over a month ago and my order still has not shipped. I sent an email and they said that my order would be top priority and it’s been over a week and it still has not shipped I have called multiple times to get a hold of someone and never have been able to get in contact with someone I have also sent multiple emails trying to get a refund and still haven’t gotten a message back.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered the itch relief chews for my 9 year old mastiff kid who had been plagued with inflammation issues. I was attempting to transition him off Apoquel for a more “natural” alternative. Within 3 weeks of recommended dosage he had a leaky anus with black yeast smelling discharge. We immediately stopped giving him the chews and his issue cleared up within 4 days. I made MULTIPLE attempts to contact this company with absolutely NO RESPONSE. I withdrew authorization to charge my credit card but no less than a day later my card was charged AGAIN and MORE chews were sent. I am now challenging the charges. This is a terrible company. I get that not all animals will benefit from edibles or medication but the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Do not expect them to assist with any issues. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I purchased their dental wash product that claims to help gum and tooth health. After about 2 week my dogs exterior gums were dry and cracking. She was scratching and biting all over her body and forearms. Btw they also sell an anti itch product which I'm sure goes hand in hand with the dental product. If you look at the ingredients it's basically pool chemicals. DO NOT GIVE THIS PRODUCT TO ANYTHING LIVING.

Nach der Bestellung hat es fast 4 Wochen gedauert bis die Ware kam. Die schriftliche Kommunikation hat überhaupt nicht geklappt, ich bekam 2x anstatt einer Antwort immer eine automatisierte Mail mit der Aussage, dass mein Anliegen innerhalb 48 Std. bearbeitet wird, danach passierte nichts mehr, erst als ich damit drohte, dass ich die Angelegenheit nunmehr meinem Anwalt übergebe, da ich einen Betrag von fast 100 € als nicht unerheblich betrachte, regte sich dann etwas. Und so erfuhr ich von Enpässen am Lager und „ bla bla bla“! Heute nun der Gipfel der Frechheit! Per Paypal wurde mir erneut ein Betrag abgebucht für eine neue Lieferung, die ich niemals als Abo bestellt und auch niemals ein weiteres Mal in Auftrag gegeben habe! Absolut unseriös! Liebe Freunde von petlab.com, ich rate Euch das schnellstens in Ordnung zu bringen!!!!
