It took forever to get my order and I was charged for fast shipment.i did get a refund. And the small supply I received was not helpful for my dog I guess it's just to get you to buy more.. no happy at all

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is STEALING money from me every month and will not stop!

I put 2 tsp. of dental formula in 16 oz. of water every other day for my pug. Two months later SHE DIED. This so called dental formula IS POISON. Ingredients WILL KILL your pet. My pug was in excellent health until she drank her water with THIS POISON in it.

I ordered Itch Relief back in July 2020 and still have not received the product. I have sent an email to Petlab and no response!! They were quick enough to take £52 out of my account though. I want my money back!

I ordered ONE bottle of itch relief to see if it really works. I am disabled and on a fixed income. I had worked my finances so I could try this ONE time. I specifically hit one time only for ordering. Yesterday I got an email saying my next order was on its way. I was put on reoccurring ordering for this product. I contacted PayPal and they said they would remove this company from my account and the charge would not go through. ( it was still pending on my account and hadn't been taken yet. This morning I get an email that the order is on the way! I can't get ahold of anyone and I'm now reading reviews of a lot of people that have had the same experience. I need my money back. I can't pay my water bill if I can't get it back!!!!

Right now I am trying to cancel my order I made last night. My bill was to come to about $80. They charged my bank account $79.04 AND $58.41. The amount should have been $79.04 ONLY. I have sent 2 messages, one last night, right after it happened and again the afternoon. So far, no response. Don't want to do business with companies like this. Hopefully they will refund my money. I should have taken my dogs to a vet for treatment. Allergy, scratching and biting their legs and feet.

I placed an order and realized my dog could not take one of the components so i cancelled the order and requested a refund. we are 30 days in, at first communication was good, its now crickets. there is no reply at all. i have tried to call several times and i am on hold for 40 minutes or more and no one ever answers. i have done everything that was asked of me even when they shipped the cancelled products i promptly returned them. i am very disappointed in the customer service follow up or lack there of. even if someone would say how many days its might take or that they will check and get back to me. i was originally told up to 10 business days. we are well past that. i am not trying to say anything bad about anyone but i just want my refund. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you
