If you don't choose the subscription and choose one time order they will automatically put you down for the subscription and the next month they will take the purchase amount out of your bank account and then tell you that you have to wait for the product and return it for your refund. Note order was canceled before product was shipped very bad customer service

Do not buy this product since they won't stop and the will charge you again and again, I'm am contacting my bank and tell them that they won't stop and give a refund, The company stinks DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give you a zero, I would. Signing up customers for auto shipping without the customer requesting such is unethical. I have contacted you several times, and every time I do, I get a new notice with a new order number for auto shipping. I have requested for every order in my name to be canceled and have not heard back from your company. My next step is to file formal complaints. Shameful.

I received canine instead of feline dental care.When I called Customer service,they were adamant that I ordered incorrectly.After searching they saw that I had ordered correctly.At that point I was told the correct merchandise would be sent.As of today Aug 26 have not received ery disappointing.Jo Maggio

The person taking the call did not tell me she needed to have someone call me back. Received an invoice in my email and had to call back today to be told that. Now I have to wait another day to have ten call me back on an order that should have been recurring already. This order was supposed to have been fixed last months on 7/21 and I am still trying to fix it. Was on hold yesterday for 20 minutes and today for 10. Very bad customer service. If I could find this product elsewhere I would. It is my dog that is suffering.
