I ordered their Joint Care product. I started receiving monthly shipments and I don't believe that I placed my first order as a monthly. They canceled the subscription but refused to refund the last order. Save your money and work with you Vet for another alternative. I can't say that the product has been of any benefit for our dog.

However, it just didn’t work on my dogs. I tried it for a month and a half and no noticeable relief. We have two Leonbergers - one is 163 pounds and the other 120. They each required 4 tablets per day, so it was very costly. The LOVED the taste - no problems there. I would get the tub and they’d come running. Sorry PetLab

I have yet to receive my order or my refund. This is the third time. I ordered through Amazon and it never came so I ordered through petlab directly and the order never came. Contact someone and I get it delivered so stupid me thinking it was a fluke I go on automatic delivery. Still have not received so I cancelled and requested a refund and I still haven't received my money back either. My Rottweiler is 13 years old and I don't know how much time she has left. Your company shows it does not care about it's customers at all.

I placed an order with PetLab several months back. It was for multiple bottles of both joint supplements and itch relief chews. The order total was close to $200. When the package arrived there was only one bottle of each product included. I called PetLab and the gentleman I spoke to in customer service assured me that the remaining items would be sent right away. Several more weeks passed and I did not receive the products so I called PetLab again. This time, the man I spoke with actually generated ANOTHER ORDER for the same products I had already ordered but hadn’t received. A hold was put on my bank account for another $200. I was shocked and disappointed. I was able to get the additional order canceled but I never received the product and never got a refund either. STAY AWAY FROM PETLAB!! ***I appreciate PetLabs acknowledgment of my review. I would consider the apology to be more sincere if they offered to reimburse the money I spent with them and never received the items. Again I say, stay away from this company!

I never write bad reviews but, when my fur baby is compromised i feel i must. I ordered the joint chews, dental formula, and shed formula which i notice they no longer offer ironically. My dog liked the joint chews not sure if it helped him or not, and the dental formula seems to work well. But the shed formula came, with instructions to put on pets food and have them ingest it...well, it was Sudsy when i mixed it into my pets food and it smelled like shampoo. He tried to eat it but was turned off so i tasted it, it was shampoo... why would u instruct my pet to ingest shampoo? Maybe it was labeled improperly or something but i was so upset, it’s not cheap. They offered to replace with another product but 4 months later i still haven’t gotten the dental formula they emailed that they were shipping out to me. Sorry, no longer trust your company and sadly will find other options for my Bernese Mountian Dog and kitties.

I am disappointed that the chews made no difference to either of my cavalier’s, 2 chews a day each as they weigh 11kg taken for 8 weeks. I would like my money back as I have spent £160 for nothing
