The anti -itch chews had 0 effect for my dog, the were totally worthless. Then it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. Petlab did offer 1/2 my purchase price but I was promised a Full refund. In short, it took me about 12 weeks to receive a refund after sending and calling them (3) times. Then they told me they had Not received the product back but wait ,I proved them to be untruthful because I had the USPS tracking # with When the time and day they received it and who signed for it. Well, since they could see I was not some idiot, it took the agent about (4) seconds to tell me she was crediting my full refund then. (4) days later it did come through. So for me Petlab products were not effective and the runaround customer service Sucks. Be forewarned, dealing with this Co. You may Not be happy and your babies may Not get any relief. I thought I would try these Itch Relief Chews for a month. The cost for a 33Kg Dog is around £90/Month (once you look at the small print.). They had no effect whatsoever. The worst thing is Petlab have entered me on their monthly subscription...and it is impossible to find a UK phone number for them to cancel it !!

If I could rate this 0 star I would. Horrible customer service!!! I placed an order on 9/18/2020, the order was out for delivery on 9/25/2020 but I never received it. I checked the tracking progress and it got return back to sender. I called Petlab and was told they don’t know why it got returned and that they will expedite an order to me ASAP. I assumed expedite ASAP meant that it will be over night or within 2-3 days. I called Petlab a few days later and they said that they do not do express shipping or overnight I have to wait until 10/5/2020 for my products. WHAT IS THE POINT OF EXPRESS SHIPPING WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT THE SAME PERIOD OF TIME AS MY PREVIOUS ORDER!?!?! They said that its a little bit faster than regular shipping. At this point I am fed up with Petlab. With the amount of money that I spent on these products I expect better customer service and faster shipping. I am truly disappointed in Petlab customer service. I have decided to cancel all my orders and prescription and I am going to spend my money elsewhere. This is not worth my time!

I e-mailed your company earlier today. Your company has absolutely FAILED to handle an auto ship of your product, Dental Formula. Please do the right thing and send me my bottles of Dental Formula in a timely fashion. I don't think this is a difficult thing to do, but you've proved me wrong on this end! I have made multiple phone calls for the auto ship and first they couldnt find my order so they made another one so that IU got the 3 pack deal instead of a separate order with two and then one. I talked to multiple people and the last one said they had cleared it all up. Well....it is not! I keep getting random non timely shipments.. mt dogs have not been on a regular supplement because I run out before another one comes.

Very disappointed with the product and extremely disappointed with the supposed "90 days money back guarantee". In June 2020 we bought & tried itch relief chews which didn't work. Since then I have been trying to get my refund. I've sent various emails & finally managed a reply stating that I would need to send back the empty pot which I did on 1/9/20. Still no refund received. "Money back guarantee" is wrongly advertised. Extremely poor.
