I wish I would have looked at the BBB before ordering this product. However less than an hour after ordering I found out that I was subscribed which I only wanted to try the product. I'm not happy with the Bait and Switch. They told me that my order is cancelled but won't see it back in my account for 5 days. I can't believe they can't just cancel the order since it is in Pending Status on my card. This is unacceptable. What a crock for you to play games with people during this time. If you have the time please check my Order #1345124 and make sure it has been cancelled and my credit card is not charged.

Avoid this company or tread very carefully with it. They push extra items all through your visit there, and after emailing them to complain that my elderly mum found herself spending about £145 when she only wanted 1 tub for £38, seems that think it’s justified to push these extra items in a very misleading way so that someone who isn’t to aware of this marketing ploy will find themselves spending more than they wanted and not sure why. In their email response to my complaints about this, this is their words; ‘These are discounted items offered after base items are carted in for purchase. This is one way of maximizing your orders at a lesser cost.’ If their product and their business is so good, then there is no need to push extra items and deceive customers into buying more... people would buy more if they are pleased with it. Their whole shopping process aims to deceives and confuse customers into buying more than they wanted, and as their product is already ridiculously over priced it becomes an expensive mistake. Better to buy You Move, at more than half this price and available on Amazon. Secondly, my mum was subscribed without knowing it and no confirmation of her subscription, so a month after her first order, she received another order on subscription, this was despite cancelling her subscription a few days prior... they continued to take the money from her account and send her the product. All trust in this company has been lost for us, and I warn others to be careful! Petlab my order number is: Order #41656

My dog refuses to eat this. She HATES it. She is NOT a picky eater! Even disguised in a treat, she chews around it and spits it out! I had to literally force her to eat it and after all the trauma it does not work!! She continues to itch and lick. Very disappointed. This is NOT cheap!

I have tried 3 times to cancel because my dog died. They do not include phone number and ever time I found a number they said it was wrong place. Then found this one and they said it would be cancelled and they would send me email to confirm. Well I got another today. Now i have 3 unwanted bottles. I want it cancelled Lonna Stroup Stubler

Initially requested if the quantity per order can be increased. Over 2 months, Berber heard from. My latest order never got delivered (or delivered to wrong address). No replacement was shipped. Nor refund was issued. While this was happening, finally got a hold of a rep who informed me of no multiple items per order was possible. At least I got my answer there. But my last order issue was never resolved. I am a very patient person working in consumer industry dealing with hundreds of customers worldwide. For me to “not to want to be their customer”, it must be something ... I hope I am wrong on the part of refund... but over a month, I am left without communication in regard to what they were going to do about the missing order.

Your sales are terribly deceptive. I did not know I was signing up to buy your product for the rest of my life!!! AND all the information to cancel is no longer active or applicable. When you finally find the place to cancel your membership, you have to create an account, which it won’t let you create an account. So how the hell do you ever stop the insanity? Cancel my debit card??

I was so excited to see some relief for my itchy little puppy-Bichon puppy mill rescue. I ordered these. They didn’t work and they never stopped coming. I had maybe 8 months of tabs before I was able to stop them! It was an expense to return the product and after I kept finding more and more jars! I hope this helps you and your 🐾. Still trying.
