Did this cause severe pancreatitis??
*** I see in the company’s reply that they have “no reports of adverse reactions.” This is false and misleading. You have DOZENS of claims that list vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, bloody stool in your purchase reviews. REVIEW: My dog just got home from 3 days in the ICU. On day 2 of giving her the PetLab dental formula, she started throwing up white foam and regurgitating all her food. She was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis and I cannot rule out-in fact, I am heavily leaning toward-this product being the cause. Since this happened, I have found dozens of reviews with people telling horror stories of pets vomiting and having diarrhea, and so far one more review referring to pancreatitis. The worst part is the the company charged me for TRIPLICATE orders due to their shady upsell screens at checkout, and I stupidly still gave my pet the product after this happened. I will be looking into this EXTENSIVELY, talking to other pet owners who have had negative and harmful experiences and I will get to the bottom of it.
