My dog became sick from this probiotic chew. He developed Gastroenteritis with hemorrhagic diarrhea (bloody diarrhea). I had to rush him to the vet urgent care. $400 in veterinarian expenses. My dog was treated with • 200ml of LRS was administered subcutaneously • Cerenia 1mg/kg was administered subcutaneously and given Pro-Pectalin Anti-Diarrheal Gel, 30cc Syringe | 1 ea | Refills: 0 | Give 3ml by mouth every 8 hours as needed to help firm up stool. Metronidazole 250mg Tablet | 5 tab | Refills: 0 | Give one-half tablet by mouth every 12 hours until gone. Antibiotic. My dog has a loss of appetite is lethargic and still is recovering from diarrhea. Please check with your vet before giving this probiotic to your dog. My poor 7 year old Shitzu has been feeling awful and is still recovering. I wish I could attach photos. This site doesn’t have the option.

Awful to deal with, sending out a subscription model without agreeing to one. Forcing orders after cancelling. And worst part is, dog doesn't like them, and they haven't helped at all! And customer service?

I ordered probiotic chew for my small dog as she was excessively scratching and chewing her paws. I believed the blurb of the ad that it may be a yeast infection/issue. I tried it for 4 days but found it was NOT good for her as she stopped eating, was sick, her poos were liquidy and slimy and worst of all she behaved very differently was staring and not wanting to be comforted.Horrible time for her and me. I did not sign up for a continuation but PetlabCo have already billed me for the next month's supply and have dispatched it without my consent. This is despicable.

STAY AWAY- quite literally the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. they take days to respond and then ignore you entirely. i’ve returned product and now have to dispute the refund through my bank. not to mention there’s zero quality control. BOTH of my vitamins, two separate types, had the incorrect quantity.
