Gave this to my dog a few times but it gave him such awful diarrhea. It was so terrible and he was so sick. Once I stopped, it took a few days but he is back to normal now.

I canceled my order because you didn't honor your end of the bargain of keeping the price at a discount of less than $30 when I agreed to receive the probiotic on monthly basis.. You jack the price up to over $40 without informing me and that's not cool.

the pump you sent does not work. It is too difficult to continue using your product.

This company is a scam. They send double the amount of products you subscride to. You can not contact them, no telephone numbers, you can not Email them, the page is always down. I have tried to cancell there products, its impossible. Please do not buy anything from Petlab.

Shipping UPS to the post office is a slow cumbersome shipping method. I asked several times to ship priority air mail, but you keep shipping UPS despite my request, I paid for shipping, but my instructions were ignored.

My dog was using the Dog Dental Liquid Formula for about 2 months. It did not work, if anything it actually made his breath a lot worse. I was never expecting a miracle, but the problem is that a subscription shipment just sent and I can't use the product knowing that the product made my dogs breath WORSE. So I wanted to return the unused product that just shipped because I wouldn't use it.... and this stuff is PRICEY for it not to work. I contacted their Customer Service team who promptly responded basically saying my dog probably has health issues and should go to a vet. No he does not have health issues, their product just didn't work! And I shouldn't have to keep product that makes my dogs breath worse. Since then I have contacted them multiple times and they just refuse to answer me. Horrible customer service! I now have a very bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) with the company as a whole. I am a customer of other products but they are ignoring my requests to return product that does not work on my dog. So now I have to find another company so I can stop doing business with PetLab altogether... super disappointing because I loved their probiotics but I don't want to give business to a company that has horrible customer service and a company that doesn't treat their customers the right way.

Very disappointed. I placed an order for 2 joint supplements and 1 dental. They did 2 separate charges. I found I did not need the joint supplement canceled my order before it was processed and re ordered the dental. They charged me for canceled items and the new order. Phone number is disconnected, pay pal credited me for the joint supplements but I still have been credited for one dental. I only received the re order of dental and have been charged for 2. They also have not answered the grievance filed through paypal and i can not find the escalate button. Beware, don’t do the subscription on your order. You will pay for items you do not receive.

Do not use this company. I mistakenly ordered three bottles of their dental formula for a fee of £57.79. Realising my mistake I advised them straightaway and tried to cancel the additional two bottles that were discounted. They advised that the order had been dispatched. I received the despatch confirmation the following day. Although I found this questionable I went with it. I intended to return the two items I mistakenly ordered. I repeatedly had to request a returns label. On receipt of the item I took one bottle out of the package (assuming that there were three in the box) and returned the rest of the package. I received a refund for £15.33 because they advised that I had only returned one bottle. One bottle cost me £42.46!! It has been all a bad joke. Never ever again!!! It has resulted in a never ending round of emails which I'm pursuing because of the principle. The saga is still continuing. Two weeks later still nothing despite returning their call leaving a message ref order no. Mailed again and no response!!
