I have been with pet lab for over a year, no problems but lately they have been problems with the delivery of my monthly subscriptions. But they have no problems with charging my account . I am thinking there are other companion's that would take my money.i

Messed up ordering between pet lab and Amazon and don’t see much change in my dog

Snake oil praying on pet owner's desire for healthy pets! Price does not equal quality in this case. I used the dental products (prebiotic chews, dental formula) everyday on my pet, starting from a late puppy to my dogs transition to adult teeth "as directed," and far longer than the recommended" 2-3 months of continuous daily use" they cut and paste in response to reviews here. Not only did this product NOT work in the slightest, on my dogs 1.5 year visit, my vet noted "it appears the dental products you are using are not working." There was "significant" plaque buildup on my dog's teeth. I was using these products from the time of brand new, perfectly white teeth as a puppy, to the time of the vet visit with absolutely no results. (FYI, the vet recommended C.E.T. Enzymatic Oral Chews.) When I emailed Petlab a picture of the plaque asking for their comments, I received no response. I expect a generic response to this review asking for an order number. But I am cancelling all my subscriptions from this company. I fell victim to their constant upselling/discounts "buy more now" upon checkout, and have multiple subscriptions for products that are slickly packaged, but are absolutely useless. Check with your Vet prior to using Petlab. Document any/if any changes over time and see for yourself. We all wish these products to work, are willing to pay a premium for our loved ones, and want desperately to see results, but the reality is Petlab products are bogus. I wish I could attach a photo of my dog's teeth! From perfectly white young teeth to plaqued adult teeth, all while using these products. BUYER BEWARE. (update: I cancelled subscriptions and was offered 50% off to not cancel. This should tell you something about the true value of the products and the markup. They are taking advantage.) Also, no phone number, address or email listed on webpage. Only contact is through a form on their site.

Did not work at all for my dog, she still licks her paws and eats grass, for this price it is not worth to try it out.

This product did nothing but make matters worse. Suckered me in for months worth of product. Even the chew sticks escalate his paw licking. Had to thow them all out. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Regarding the product, I never noticed a difference after a month of using the mouth wash with my dog. I cancelled my subscription with them online but the following month they still went ahead and debited my account again for £23.95 I had to contact my bank and cancel my subscription that way. Be careful if you take out a subscription with them as they will carry on taking payments even if you cancel with them.

I am constantly finding new reasons to be dissatisfied with Pet Lab. You constantly mess up the subscriptions I have with you, and your product does not really seem to help.

Update: petlab wants my order #. I ordered 6-1-22 and called them 6-27-22. They kept $25.86 for partial usage. NOT FULL REFUND. ***The probiotic did nothing at all except make my dog sick. Vet said stop it now, then had to go on special soft food vet diet $$. Still working on normal eating months later. They did refund me the unused, but I still HAD TO PAY for the opened one. Gave it to her for 30 days. THEY SHOULD PAY MY VET BILLS. HAHA. They would never. Be careful UPDATE: Never talked to me or got my money back. I provided info they requested too.
