I purchased 4 cans probiotics twice. Initially my dog cut down on his licking himself. After being on them for a month he began to develope sores around his stomach and was at them contiunously and ear infections. Vet said he was allergic to his food so we switched, he gave us antibiotics and allergy pills, and we quit the probiotics. It all cleared up. So I started him back on the probiotics, everything came back. So I stopped the probiotics again and everything cleared up no meds. Been fantastic ever since. Vet cost me a small fortune! Follow up! I was contacted by the company asking for more information regarding my review. They apologized to me for my experience and immediately refunded my full purchase price for both orders. This tells me that although the product did not work for me, it must work for most people, or Petlab company would not be in business.

I originally signed up for the auto ship “healthy joint” chews @ the discounted price. My very first order was shipped wrong, however it was made right a few days later. My problem now is the last shipment went back to the regular price of 29$ as opposed to the auto ship price of 19$. To much confusion I’m done!

Product does not work. Don’t waste your money.

My product been ordered on 13th of November, unfortunately today is 1st if December a d they still promised to order will be dispatched in next few days. Finally i been asking to cancel my order and get full refund. Good because i paid by PayPal, i opened case to make sure money will be sent back. Time waisted! Order #173076

Delivery placed over two weeks ago. No product arrived. Emailed two days ago. No response. Second email sent today for refund and cancellation. Not impressed.#173276 The order number is above. It was placed in the name and address of my mother who has emailed you twice. She used your contact us page so her details will be easy to find.

Great products, shame about service. I have a subscription for probiotics for my dog and every time delivery is late and dog it’s a day or 2 without any probiotics. Their help centre is appalling. I wish you could just buy these local or on Amazon as they just can’t seem to get delivery right at all. Hopeless

Within 45 days, I received three separate batches of joint care chews when I was supposed to receive one batch per month. I have canceled all four of my subscriptions.

All a farce! Save your time. They do not reply to any messages. I have been left on read on multiple platforms. They state that the packaging has changed but the “same formula” remains. But the older one has literally different ingredients. When asked, no clarity is provided. When it comes to our fur babies, we don’t want misinformation! Stay clear!
