The shipping package was open - the glue of the seal wasn’t strong. My products were half outside.

Sadly saw no improvement in my dogs dental health, unfortunately after only a few weeks of use was left with a bad gut so had to discontinue using. This took weeks to recover. When I made my first purchase, I did not receive any confirmation of my subscription, so was unsure if I had subscribed. Was only at the 3 day email of me receiving my next order was I aware which was surprising. My final note is the mobile platform experience is poor, especially when cancelling. Interestingly it was at this stage that the company offered a 50% reduction is subscription cost.

I was not able to cancel my order before I wanted to. I tried more than twice. Therfore I sent the order back. I stull have not a credit nor a refund to my bank account either one would be acceptable as I do still use a number of your products! But I'm finding it very difficult to cancel an order in a timely manner. I would rather get a text update before my order is to be shipped out rather than an email.

Trying to order online was a nightmare, and calling was even worse. If I have more problems like today, I will purchase items from another source. Last week, I spoke with a young man at your company who was very nice and understanding of my needs. Today, the 2 ladies I spoke with were not helpful, and I had trouble understanding them. I was finally able to place an order online, but the frustration was not worth it.
