I said I would try it only I didn’t say I wanted to keep getting it monthly. And you make impossible to stop. I’m thinking of taking your company to court.

If I could give a lower rating
If I could give a lower rating, I would. I tried to make a one time purchase. But they signed me up for a subscription and there’s no way of canceling the subscription without signing up for an account.

BEWARE of this company
BEWARE of this company. They suck you into a subscription without your knowledge and then continue to charge month after month. Condescending customer service. I don't know how to stop the subscription because they will not listen. Argh.

I had better results with a cheaper…
I had better results with a cheaper brand. And I had to laugh when it says with the return, it has to be unused. How can you return something because it doesn’t work if it’s unused? I had hide hopes for this because of things I’ve read, I’ve learned you can’t believe everything you read.. we started in May taking your product. I won’t renew it

I had canceled my order because after…
I had canceled my order because after first time my dog don't like it.I didn't order another one and you send me second one and now third take money from my account but everyone ignore me and I want the money back is £ 51.90 And I wish refund for 2 orders £51.90 I received 3 orders, but after the first one I found out that my dog didn't want to eat it, so I didn't order another one, and you sent me 2 more and charged a lot, goodbye

The delivery driver threw the package…
The delivery driver threw the package over the fence straight into my dogs. One of my dogs immediately opened the package and they ate the tablets.
