This company is a sham. They sell their overpriced crap and then mess up your subscription and give you all sorts of trouble, can't even consistently send things out on time. I can't even get them to remove my credit card info from my profile that they have saved. There's no way to remove it manually, only add more, and contacting them hasn't worked either, the card info still shows up on their website. I do not recommend using this company until they get their act together. All I've done is waste over $70 in just two months. No good can come from a company that takes advantage of people just trying to care for their pets. Edit update to response: Order numbers were #4668288 and #4815590. As of right now you're also still storing my credit card information against my wishes.

I haven’t received 2 months (almost 3) of the joint chew on my subscription. I’ve reached out multiples times about this issue and haven’t received any replacements, responses or help regarding this situation. Our golden is 8 years old and the joint chew is the only thing that helps with her hip pain.

I have been trying to cancel an autofill purchase. They claim you can cancel online... there's even a cancel button, but all that does is start a series of emails that never cancels the auto fill. The emails remind you that you can pause or reschedule, but always puts the ball back in your court to initiate cancel. So now I'm on hold trying to talk to someone to finally cancel the auto refill order of dental supplements. If this doesn't work, I'll put a block on my credit card. What a hassle. I'll never use them again and plan to find every review site I can to share my story until my cancellation is executed.

Purchase with caution. I purchased the Probiotics and it made my dog sick every time I administered the supplement. After 5 days of giving her half doses, I stopped and the regurgitation stopped. Customer service is non existent, I send 4 emails trying to get help and after a month without a response, I gave up. This has all the indicators of a fast food, fly by night, company that has heavily invested in marketing, not quality control or customer service. I would stay away.

For the second time you’ve use the wrong shipping address I gave it to you twice. If this continues, I will cancel my subscription.

J'ai essayé quand même et en fait tel que recommandé j'en donnais 3 par jour. J'ai perdu environ $120 pour 3 contenants. Vous pouvez avoir le même produit chez Walmart pour $9,60, 90 chew. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi des gens ont donné 5 stars.. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS sinon acheté chez Walmart.
