I ordered one of your products
I ordered one of your products, and when it was delivered the order was incomplete. I contacted them and they sent the missing item, and two weeks later, they doubled my order, and they charged me not once but three time with auto pay‼️‼️‼️‼️ Now I can’t get the auto pay to stop with my bank, they tell me the seller must stop it‼️‼️‼️‼️ DON’T BUY FROM THEM, IT’S A SCAM‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ SO FAR I’M OUT OVER $100.00‼️‼️ BUYER BEWARE ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two different products from Petlab Co and my dog had a reaction after giving him these chewables so I messaged the company and asked if this was a normal reaction. They responded back and said someone would be in contact with me soon. However no one ever contacted me or answered my questions. They cancelled my subscription and refunded my money. Poor customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.

Customer service doesn't exist
Customer service doesn't exist! I realized right as I hit send that Paypal had a different delivery address. I immediately email Petlab at their support email alerting them to the error. Silence!! Sent three more emails and nothing. Great online experience to buy but where are they after the sale? There are too many other companies out there - give your business to those who actually care for their customers AFTER THE SALE.

My order got lost for a long time. I had to call and inquire About it At which time a new product was sent very promptly. So the resolution to my problem was acceptable

Not only the product was useless
Not only the product was useless, but also the company scam you , while I ordered just one time and it was poor , they make it recurring next month and charged again without my authorization , I email them hundred times for refund never responded
