After my first missing order which the company quickly refunded me, the second order arrived but my old dog had had a fit and sadly passed away , petlab emailed me I was not expecting that but they emailed a really nice email to express their condolences, never in all my years has a company went out their way like this I'm touched thank you so much Petlab
