I have two golden retrievers and I swear this made their breath worse. My dogs are fairly young, 5 and 2, and have really clean teeth (brushed daily). My oldest was blessed with better genes and has never had a probably with plaque until recently, but my youngest’s teeth has a ton so I wanted to try this product after seeing on Instagram. I gave it a good try, 3 months and their breath was horrible and no change in plaque. On top of no results, the powder smells horrid; much like my dogs breath after eating it and it is so inconvenient as it is so dry. They say to mix with water, but if you spoil your dogs like I do, I couldn’t feed them green watered down food, so we mixed with beef broth to give some flavor. They actually didn’t mind the taste, but preparing their food was a chore that no one wanted. My advice…Save your money and buy the cheaper and more effective Plaque Off. I bought the chews and noticed a difference within 5 days. We used to give our oldest the powder when he was younger and it worked, but the chews are so convenient.

First batch was stale New batch sent was better but see no signs of improvement

Spent $150 on 10L+ over 2 month to only find out that their products do not deliver on their promises. The entire carpet area is still covered in cat urine from previous owners as identified by using black light. Do not use Petlab.

My three containers didn't even have a full amount it was less than half. They only sent me one regular size container that had the actual amount in it not the three. Plus it didn't work and they won't refund unless you don't open the container how do you know it works if you don't use it???

Dog loathes the product. Imagine if I had let the hyper aggressive sales call disguised as “educational information” order me 12 months of this, like she tried to do even though I was explicit about not making any more purchases. They also attempted to upsell me different and unnecessary products that would have totaled hundreds of dollars, and the verbiage they used was not polite or an offer, but a literal demand for me to use the product. You should be so ashamed. I guarantee you have scammed many elderly people with these horrible tactics. Edited 4/2 to point out that Petlabco managed to “reply” to this review instantly, but has yet to contact me as their reply promises.

I ordered a month supply of their prebiotic and was thinking about another order until they tried their shady practice of billing me the following month.i didn't order it and you tried to bill me again..No you will not..if you attempt again I will call the BBB and file a report. You lost a customer.

I had been using the powder to help with my dogs teeth, for well over 6 months and no result. In fact at the last check up with the vet, his teeth and gums are in a bad state. Poor pup has to have teeth removed and everything. Even used the dental chews hoping that both together would help but seems to have done nothing or actually caused this issue. I definitely wouldn't recommend.
