Beware
Beware! This is a subscription ordering system. Once you place an order for 1 item you will be enrolled in their monthly billing and subscription cycle. If I wanted 10 I would just buy 10 thanks! This is shady and not worth it. The toothpaste product didn't even really work. 👎

ProBright Dental Powder Does Not Work
ProBright dental powder does not work as advertised. I have been using it consistently on my dog for 9 months as indicated on the packaging, and there has been no improvement in her tartar buildup or breath. If anything, her breath is worse than before and I've had to increase frequency of tooth brushing. I'm really disappointed in this product, and feel like I've flushed hundreds of dollars down the drain.

Too many excuses and lies!
I was promised a refund for the overcharge which I never received aIthough I kept ordering your joint chews. Then when I ordered a tub it didn't come and your company kept saying the order wasn't fulfilled, although I tracked it and it had been fulfilled and was last tracked in Mesquite Texas for over a week. So I stopped ordering from your company. I am tired of being stolen from and lied to. I ended up taking my Dog to the Vet to get some supplements to help her. At least there I know I won't be taken advantage of and they have good business practices.

All a scam
Product doesn’t work and you get a subscription without signing up and I have gotten four 3 month orders that I opted out of and I am still getting charged and the product sent. Very unethical and unprofessional to do, especially if you want to get long term customers. I should be getting refunded close to $200 for additional stuff I never ordered or wanted.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. Attempting for an item to be returned is hopeless even though the packaging is 100% intact. I asked for one part of the order to be cancelled immediately after ordering it but that wasn’t possible and if I still want to return the item it is to be returned to France at my expense. Not happy ☹️

Tried 3 products - allergy chews, probiotic chews and green breathe powder. 0/3 none of them did anything that was promised
