My dog has never thrown up and in last two weeks since she has taken the, she’s thrown up. Does not seem her normal self. I will not continue to give them to her 😞

For April order I set out my subscription ship date. Got the confirmation page with the golden retriever saying it was completed. Product shipped anyway. I let it go and set out the date for the following shipment date for May. I received an email that my shipment was coming up in three days. I replied to the email that this date was set out and should not be shipping. Now I’m upset and I then went ahead and logged into the online account and cancelled. When they responded to my emails I was told it was a computer glitch but they did nothing to rectify the situation and shipped and charged me anyway and also claimed my cancellation came in after the item shipped. Customer service is definitely not their forte.

I bought their probiotic chews on Amazon and they were $35 for a 30 count. With a big dog that means you're having to spend $35 every 10 days. Simply insane. You can get other brands with very similar, if not better products and ingredients for $28 for a 90 count bottle that'll last a big dog 1 month.

This product doesn't work any better than the cheaper supermarkets brands. Save your money. Doesn't stop dog from using the same spots. When I wanted a refund, they wanted me to pay for return postage. Not cheap to send back

Ordered four months worth for our lab because we wanted to give the tablets every day for a few months to give it a chance and noticed zero change in our dog… she still has itchy ears and paws as bad as she did before we spent $200.. Save your money Order # 177739

I ordered Probiotic Chew. I have two dogs one is taking it find other is not. Totally refusing to eat them. I had 3 1/2 extra jars on hand. So decided to cancel tell I used them up. It says easy cancellation but the rip off is you have to pay $19.95 to cancel. Very disappointed! I would of used the product up and got more but NOT now. I can't believe they charge to cancel as there is no agreement how long you will order. Easy cancellation as long as you pay to cancel.

I was really excited to try this as I have used Pawfy in the past and had my pet on Fortiflora with no problems. On the third day of this product my dog became ill and had diarrhea. My vet said it was most likely from the krill oil in the chewable. Unfortunately Pet Lab does not accept returns unless the container has been unopened unlike other companies that will refund your money if the pet becomes ill or does not like the product.

Brush and tartar remover doesn't work, and they only accept "unopened" returns.
