Product worked great at the start but after about 3 weeks it kooks like it may be loosing its effectivness

He's WALKING!!!
Okay, my honesty lies ahead...well, this is not the first time we have tried Petlab products. Our 15 year old mixed breed pup was dragging his back legs, not walking at all...we tried everything, even the vet, and nothing helped! We came across Petlab on Facebook, saw the videos and made the decision to purchase your product. We gave Neo the product for two months and nothing happened, nothing! Well, I emailed your company and told them how displeased we were with the product, and you gave us a full refund! Well, seeing how Neo was just not doing anything anymore, and just dragging his little body everywhere, we decided to try Petlab once more, I think the advertisement said the product had been made better...well, he has been walking, and yes, he still sometimes drags his back legs but he goes up and down the stairs now, very gingerly of course but he does and is a bit more playful and just all around happier!!! He has only been taking it for three weeks!!! I pray it only gets better. Thank you!

Good Product but costly!
You product is good and I did see a difference with my 17 year old Dachshund but I only gave you 4 stars. I would give you 5 stars but living on a fixed income is making it difficult to be able to afford your product.

Itch relief
I love the itch relief but for a larger dog on 3 pills a day, that small jar doesn’t last a month so we need a larger jar for big dogs for the same price

joint pills
I had been giving the old joint formula ( gel pills, shrimp based) for some time with success to my pill adverse dog. With no warning we received a dry flakey tablet she hated and fought daily. Worse yet the ingredients were “shellfish”. I am allergic to several shellfish and found the powdery pills made me choke and wheeze. I had not been allergic to the shrimp. I did receive the old formula but am now unsure what to do moving forward. I hope the old non allergic formula continues to be made.

Like the joint support
I really like the joint support chews for my 12 year old Lab. While they aren’t helping him run or walk long distances anymore, they seem to help him make it through the day.
I had an issue with not receiving my full auto ship order this last month but customer service helped right away.
