If I could post negative stars, I would as this outfit continues to charge my credit card for months after I have requested cancellation. I have wasted lots of money on stuff I don’t want, and time trying to get these scammers to cancel. Beware!!

What do you do when your dog is smart enough to know your trying to get him to take a medicine , he knows it’s not just dog food he know you have some type of a medicine you want home to take he refuse and soon all the little nugget he smells it and spits it out and refuses to take any of it.

It is messy and my dogs don't really like it. I wish you still sold the old version of this dental product.

The worst the worst

After the first delivery my subscription was cancelled because honestly my dogs hated the chews. But for some reason they keep trying to charge my card. I went onto their website and it shows “ No current subscriptions.” So what exactly are you all trying to send me? How can you continue to try to charge someone’s card with no active account?? This company is full of crap I would stay away from the subscription option because clearly something in their system is complete trash and does not work.

Worst experience with this company. I order a product from them that my dog took a reaction to. I stopped the autoship and didn’t ask for my money back. Some how the order went. I called and they said they would refund my money and that was months ago. Now I see on my card a reversal of that credit. Avoid this company Update on the company I contact them for them to just ask about my pet and if I took them to a vet. I have a email from this company saying I was refunded and item not shipped. Then month later it was reversed. Avoid this company. Worst experience ever!!!!!!
