Hi Toni, thank you for letting us know you are seeing some difference in your dog. we are pleased to hear this great news. For the delivery complaint, we would like to apologize if you have to wait for another three (3) days to receive your order. As you know, we use UPS Mail Innovations in which UPS will pick up the package first from our facility and will transfer it to USPS to complete the delivery.
