Hi Robin! :) Thanks for giving the treats a go. We're glad to know your senior dog loves the taste of the treats. Results can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the severity of the joint issue, so keep going and you should see an improvement over the next few weeks. Please check the daily feeding guide to make sure you are giving your dog the right amount of chews based on her weight. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to give us a call at +1 941-217-1456 or email us at [email protected] so we can attend to you right away.

Hi Thomas! We're terribly sorry that you've experienced some issues with your recent order. We do have chews that are safe and effective for cats, too. Regrettably, the dental chews aren't among them. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. We are glad to know, though, that our customer service team been in touch with you all through our the refund process. Please do let us know if there's anything else we can assist you further with. We hope to serve you better in the future! :) Cheers!
