I have been trying to contact pet lab to cancel my auto order it is upsetting my dogs stomach. They dont answer the phone they dont call back. Will neve order anything from them again!

I have tried this product for a week and a half and my baby hasn't improved. I would like a refund but if it's opened they will not I suppose some dogs benefit from it but mine didn't. If you can't stand behind your product regardless of the outcome then you should be refunding to those that don't. If it worked why would I want a refund. Right

Your product sounds great and my dog could definately benefit from it however at your high prices this just isn't a viable option for most with a 120lb dog. Sure the first month(3 pills per day, 3 tubs per month) is just over $100 after taxes but that's with 40% off. At regular price yur looking at $150+ every month!! Come on Petlab, you can do better can't you??

Chews are not working I have given my 2 multipoos and my beagle at least 6 months and my dogs still scratch and scratch I have stopped my orders because its lot of money to be spending and its not working gave it enough time should have seen some kind of change! my last order number was 6027954782263

I purchased the probiotic chew for my large dog. after 2 days he seemed sluggish. I didn't make a connection until the 4th day when he seemed very sick. discontinued use at this point and he got better. day 3 to day 4 went bad quickly. keep an eye on them if you use this. They also sent and billed for another order a month later and I never click for reorders. not sure how that happened.
