NEVER GIVE 5 STARS. MOST PEOPLE WHO GET 5 STARS QUIT GIVING THAT EXTRA BIT OF EFFORT THAT MAKES THEM OUTSTANDING. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. W.B.MCGANN

We are still in the review process of how the joint care will work for our 13 yr. old lab, however; delivery and assistance is awesome.

Well, this more of a question.. My Cats(2) of them have really dry skin and are constantly scratching...got anything for that ?
Response from PetLabCo.Jan 24, 2020
Hi George, Thank you for your question. At this time we do not have an Itch Relief product for cats, only for dogs. The sizing & texture of the chews are developed for dogs, so we wouldn't advise purchasing the Itch Relief Chews for your cat. Our recommendation would be a to try food with more protein, omega-3 fatty acid supplement or coconut oil for dry skin, and vet visit to make sure your furry friend's health is on track. We hope this helps! Many thanks, - Petlab Co.

My dog is a rescue and he HAD fleas but now that they are gone I'm trying to fight the itching now. The tabs I have are taking their time to stop his itching. Just wondering how many tabs and how much time it will take to stop his itching. I'm one that doesn't like wasting my time and money. I don't want to pay for another bottle if it isn't going to work.

Hi Joan, Thanks for your review. We recommend a full 60 days to see noticeable changes with the Itch Relief Chews. If at that point your pup's condition isn't improving, you can always contact us and our customer service team will be happy to look into processing a refund for you. Additionally, if your pup suffers from allergies or hotspots on their skin, we recommend trying out the Itch Relief Shampoo in tandem with the chews. Many thanks, - Petlab Co.

Would’ve been a 5 star review if they were upfront about the change in their formula. Props to customer service for being prompt about addressing this issue with me, though. Whether or not there is a physical change in my dog, I’m not 100% sure yet but it makes me feel better knowing I’m doing something good for him (he is a 15 yr old dog)

The staff is friendly to speak with and the products, so far, seem to be working. The only reason not 5 stars was due to an order mixup that took 2 emails and a phone call to resolve. All good!
