Absolute crap. I still haven't received my first order. I contacted them twice that the address was wrong and they shipped the order to the wrong address anyway. It's been two months and still nothing. Ridiculous. Now I'm trying to get a refund from the order I didn't receive.

So I purchased this product .. my concern is I have not subscribed yet had two lots of £32 taken from my bank without my authorisation.. the contact number says "lines are closed" I've emailed 3 times no reply .. I've checked my account and I have NO active subscriptions and NO active orders ! So there's no one to deal with anything and they seem to just take your money !

ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Beware of this company! Customer service is unhelpful and cannot READ to address or resolve your concern. Multiple people will respond , all with their intention , to not listen to you or provide a refund. The item took an over month to arrive, delivered from CHINA. The oral pet brush it is soooooo LOUD and disruptive. Unlike their claims that it’s quiet . It doesn’t even look safe to use on a dog. Don’t be scammed by this company or listen to the phony tik tok reviews.

Customer service? They were dragging their feet, I contacted the BBB and I heard from them right away. Guess who they blamed ? Me!... nice.. But multiple copies of emails back and forth about situation, resolved that.

First I ordered and it was never sent 10 days later. I called and told the order would promptly be sent and nothing until 5 days later. Still waiting on my order two weeks later after requesting the order be overnighter to me. I have dealt with petlab for years never been so disappointed
