Hi, Ive been trying to cancel my subscription and return my products for 11 days but am unable to contact. My order ID is 515845 and I have wrote to you twice with my contact details. Please could someone respond to my requests.

I ordered the product to try for my dog. It didn’t agree with her (which isn’t unusual so I cannot blame the product itself for this) so I discarded it. Four weeks later I got a notification from my bank saying a further payment had been taken and an email from the retailer saying my monthly order had been despatched. I IMMEDIATELY sent a message via their website asking why this had been done as I would never subscribe to a product until I’d tried it. It’s now 7 days later and I’ve had no reply (despite including all the mandatory info on the message) and I’m now £30 down and have a product that I cannot use. I would never subscribe so it’s either an error on their part or when ordering initially it was NOT made clear or the implications of placing the order! I also find it strange that when I go to the page it states you have to log in before you can cancel subscriptions despite me never having set up an account to apparently sign UP for the alleged subscription in the first place!! I appreciate these things happen however I would have appreciated contact from Petlab to discuss!

All of the negative reviews I’ve read here are concerned with poor customer service, shipping issues, or being ghosted by the company (no reply). That wasn’t my experience. My reason for a 1-star rating is that I had three tubs sent to me (original order and two subsequent replacement orders), and each of them were rock hard. Unusable. I couldn’t even dig my fingernail into them or cut a “chew” with a knife. THREE orders. The first two came from the same batch/lot number, but the final third one was from a different one, and it was still completely rock solid. Communicating through Facebook messaging, they refunded my initial $31. at my request. I don’t know how these can be called “soft chews.”

I have tried to cancel my subscription numerous times. I have tried to do it via my account but I never get the email to confirm. I have also emailed to cancel but I’ve just been charged another £68 for this months subscription. It’s frustrating.

I setup my subscription with Petlab Co. The 1st month was during the Canada Post strike, they shipped it via UPS. They had my address incorrect on the shipping label. I spoke with UPS and got it sorted. Immediately after, I called Petlab Co. and spoke with a CSR who ensured my address was correct. The 2nd month - I received my order to my community mailbox via Canada Post, without issue. The 3rd month - I received an email advising that my address was incorrect and that it cannot be delivered. I've sent 2 messages through their website, no response. I called their customer service line 02/20/2025. They have an automated message from JANUARY, and it automatically hangs up without any options. STAY CLEAR from this company, they're shady! ******Edit 02/23/2025****** Responding to PetLab Co. Been feeding to my dog for three weeks and has made absolutely no improvement on her breath. This product is a waste of money! Makes me wonder if your other products work, but I won't be hanging around to find out.

Ordered on the 15 of February they put the wrong address and now there customers care services really don't care as I can't get hold of them Funny the only response I got from was though trust pilot and not me I have managed to get the goods no thanks to petlab

Terrible customer service! I have emailed you several times and got responses only NEVER getting a call or follow up. I have called you and your system doesn’t allow to leave a message, it hangs up. This is the number assigned to Mr on one of the emails you sent. I’m shocked that anyone would run a business this way 349572
