Was ordering from K9immune.com and did not receive an order summary to finalize before my card was charged for 9 bags rather than the discounted 6 offered and selected after initially selecting 3. I called immediately to adjust the order and was assisted by Sierra, who did a wonderful job getting me a discount that resolved the matter. She was pleasant, professional & courteous.
