Orders were delayed because of the pandemic, and it took a little while to hear back from customer service by email the last time I contacted them. However, when I called, I got someone right away. Joe was very nice and helpful. He solved my issue immediately and was very pleasant to talk to. Have not had any serious issues, any issue was resolved quickly, and I’m happy with the products so far.

I have a shitzu and she's getting very old and her breath has gotten really bad and this seems to help

Je dois reconnaître qu’au bout de 1 mois ...il semble moins souffrir et monte 2 a 3 marches tout seul et on part en promenade (courte bien sûr ..1 a 2 Km )avec la queue en panache . J’espere Que ça va durer encore un peu et je continue donc le traitement qui semble faire un certain effet.

cela ne fait qu'un mois que je donne Petlab Co pour son arthrose.C'est encore un peu juste pour avoir des résultats vraiment probants. Toutefois, je constate une légère amélioration.Si l'amélioration continue à évoluer dans le bon sens, j'en recommanderais. Merci

I have a 13 yr old labradoodle. She was in pain. She would only go in the carpeted areas of my home. She labored to walk and get up and down. The vet wanted to do surgery with no guarantee. I tried this very skeptically as a last ditch effort. I saw results within a couple weeks. Within a month she appeared pain free, once again roaming freely around our home. I said nothing to my adult children who live in other states now. When they came home for the holidays, they all noticed the dramatic difference and asked what was going on! For our dog it definitely worked and it made a believer out of this skeptic. The product is 5 stars. I dropped rating to 4 because I've had some shipping delays lately.

We have been using the joint chews for a while now and I am so happy with the results. Cody takes 2 every morning and I saw a remarkable improvement in just a few weeks. Now is a little scary because the pills have not arrived as they should because of the Covid 19 virus. I may run out. Not sure what that might mean for Cody! Fingers crossed!

My nearly 15 year old Siberian Husky Yukon started on the joint chews about 2 months ago. He was in a place where he couldn't walk or get up on his own. I was days away from making a very difficult decision. I did start him on pain management, CBD and these joint chews. I am sold on them! He is now up and walking on his own and even occasionally attempts to take a stroll to the neighbors ha! Slightly frustrated that so early in starting them I have run out and haven't received my order yet - it's been 18 days. However, we are in unforeseen times and totally get that. I am hopeful moving forward I will have a constant supply and that for the months I have left with my best friend his pain free!!!
